Posted: August 24th, 2008

As some of you know, I have decided to try to improve my health. The first step is to lose some weight and increase my activity level. I am not doing a great job on the increased activity level, but I am making progress on my weight.
I have been roughly following my old weight watchers [...]

Ranked in order of goodness. I’ll prioritize on value next.
Hammer HEED (Lemon Lime):

Delicious-tasting (best taste so far of any of them).
Designed for 18-24 ounces of water.
100 calories.

PowerBar Endurance(Lemon Lime):

Easy to mix.
170 Calories.
Maltodextrin,fructose, and dextrose based.
Designed for 20 ounces of liquid.
No GI issues afterwards.
Pretty-good tasting (I’d say the #2 best-tasting).
